OUR VISION

Buffalo milk products are highly appreciated, especially in super-fresh dairy such as mozzarella.
Traditionally, production is concentrated in southern Italy, which results in long transportation times and a rapid decline in freshness once products reach supermarket shelves.
Our vision is to offer truly super-fresh buffalo dairy, produced locally in the Netherlands, while maintaining the authenticity of the original Italian recipe.
When In fact, a mozzarella produced on Friday arrives only after 5 days on the supermarket shelves when the quality curve has begun the downward phase.
So, by reducing long-distance logistics, we improve product quality and significantly lower environmental impact.

The Netherlands now has the second-largest buffalo milk pool in Europe, after Italy.
We produce and deliver daily, allowing our customers to experience the real freshness of buffalo mozzarella.
Our Italian team guarantees that all milk processing follows the original Italian recipe, combining tradition, craftsmanship, and local production.
