We wanted to organize a full chain to the control of the Milk from the farm to the fork. Buffalo 360 is our program dedicated to the buffalo milk:
- Long-term contract to collect milk with our farmers
- Dedicated milk collection with quality testing
- Report of the milk quality to the farmers
- Information sharing about animal wellness and feeding
- Internal traceability from the milk to the end package
- R&D center to improve all our activities and develop new products
